Terms & Conditions – Wezway

Welcome to Wezway. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wezway mobile application, website, and related services.

Wezway is a product of Wezaads and operates as a technology platform that connects customers with licensed restaurants and food businesses.

By accessing or using Wezway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, browsing the platform, or using any Wezway services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Eligibility

Wezway is available to any individual who wishes to use the platform in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

By using Wezway, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the platform may require account registration.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

  • Discover licensed restaurants and food businesses

  • Place orders
  • Track order updates
  • Communicate with participating restaurants

Wezway does not prepare, manufacture, sell, store, package, or deliver food products.

All products, services, prices, offers, food preparation, order fulfillment, delivery arrangements, and customer support are provided directly by the respective restaurant or vendor.

 

5. Orders

Orders placed through Wezway are subject to acceptance by the selected restaurant or vendor.

Restaurants may accept, reject, modify, or cancel orders based on availability, operational requirements, or other business considerations.

Wezway is not responsible for restaurant decisions regarding order acceptance or fulfillment.

 

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the platform are determined by the respective restaurant or vendor.

Prices, offers, availability, taxes, service charges, and other fees may change without prior notice.

Payments made through the platform may be processed by third-party payment providers or by the participating restaurant.

All payments made through the platform are transactions between the customer and the respective restaurant or vendor. Wezway does not act as the seller, merchant of record, or provider of the products offered through the platform.

Wezway does not store complete payment card information and is not responsible for payment processing systems operated by third parties.

 

7. Orders, Cancellations and Refunds

Orders placed through Wezway are processed and fulfilled directly by the respective restaurant or vendor.

Any requests relating to order cancellations, modifications, refunds, replacements, delivery issues, product quality concerns, or order disputes must be addressed directly with the respective restaurant or vendor responsible for the order.

Wezway acts solely as a technology platform and is not responsible for determining, approving, processing, or issuing refunds, cancellations, or compensation related to orders placed through the platform.

Restaurants and vendors may apply their own policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and order-related matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Abuse, threaten, harass, or harm restaurants, vendors, support personnel, or other users
  • Use the platform in any manner that may damage Wezway or its services

9. Restaurant and Vendor Responsibility

Each restaurant or vendor operating on Wezway is independently responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Food preparation
  • Ingredients and allergen information
  • Pricing
  • Offers and promotions
  • Order fulfillment
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Only licensed and approved businesses are permitted to operate on the Wezway platform.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, software, content, graphics, and materials available through Wezway remain the property of Wezway, Wezaads, or their respective licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wezway shall not be liable for:

  • Food quality issues
  • Restaurant actions or omissions
  • Delivery delays
  • Product availability
  • Pricing inaccuracies provided by restaurants
  • Refund decisions
  • Cancellation requests
  • Payment disputes
  • Customer and restaurant disputes
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Wezway shall not be responsible for refund decisions, cancellation requests, payment disputes, food quality issues, delivery performance, or any obligations arising between customers and restaurants.

Any liability arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service, where applicable.

 

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

 

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Wezway if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that may negatively affect the platform, participating businesses, or other users.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and other applicable jurisdictions where the platform operates.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Wezway website and application.

Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
