Terms and condition

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wezway platform, including its website, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If the user does not agree, the Platform must not be used.

Wezway is a software platform owned and operated by Wezaads FZC LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Wezway is a sub-project and digital product of Wezaads FZC LLC. Wezaads FZC LLC provides only a technology platform and does not operate as a restaurant, food business, delivery service, or payment processor.

Wezway functions solely as a digital infrastructure that allows independent restaurants, cafés, and food vendors to list their food items, accept online orders, and manage their own delivery and payment processes. All restaurants listed on the Platform are independent third-party businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Wezaads FZC LLC.

Any order placed through Wezway constitutes a direct transaction between the customer and the restaurant. Wezaads FZC LLC is not a party to this transaction. The Company does not sell food, prepare food, package food, store food, inspect food, or control food quality in any manner.

All responsibilities related to food, including but not limited to food preparation, hygiene, quality, ingredients, allergens, dietary information, taste, portion size, food safety, and compliance with local health regulations, rest entirely and exclusively with the restaurant. Wezaads FZC LLC does not verify, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of any food item listed on the Platform.

Delivery services are provided exclusively by the restaurant using its own delivery staff or third-party delivery arrangements chosen by the restaurant. Wezaads FZC LLC does not provide delivery services, does not employ delivery personnel, and does not manage or supervise delivery operations. Any issues related to delayed delivery, failed delivery, incorrect delivery, missing items, damaged packaging, or delivery personnel behavior are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

Payments for orders placed through the Platform are handled directly by the restaurant. Wezaads FZC LLC does not collect, store, process, or hold customer payments on behalf of restaurants. All pricing, billing, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes are matters strictly between the customer and the restaurant. The Company bears no responsibility for payment failures, refund delays, incorrect charges, or financial disputes.

Wezaads FZC LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, dissatisfaction, inconvenience, or dispute arising from food consumption, delivery issues, payment problems, restaurant conduct, customer conduct, or any interaction between customers and restaurants. Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Wezaads FZC LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy of listings, or availability of services. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time without notice or liability.

Restaurants using the Platform are solely responsible for holding valid trade licenses, food safety permits, and regulatory approvals as required under UAE law. Wezaads FZC LLC does not audit, enforce, or guarantee merchant compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, submit fraudulent orders, abuse restaurants or delivery personnel, attempt payment fraud, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or restaurant at its sole discretion without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, branding, design, and content, are owned exclusively by Wezaads FZC LLC. No rights are granted except those explicitly required to use the Platform.

Wezaads FZC LLC may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
