All restaurants available on Wezway operate as independent businesses. Each restaurant is fully responsible for its food preparation, food quality, pricing, hygiene standards, ingredient information, allergens, delivery services, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Wezaads does not prepare, handle, store, deliver, or inspect any food listed on the platform.

Orders placed through Wezway are transactions made directly between customers and the respective restaurants. Payments, refunds, deliveries, and order fulfillment are handled entirely by the restaurants. Wezaads does not collect customer payments, process refunds, or manage deliveries on behalf of restaurants.
